Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were on the smaller side but had brand new elliptical, treadmills & bike and were wheelchair accessible, which was convenient. The service from Blake was exceptional, making my stay very professional and friendly. The location was good, close to everything, but the additional parking fee felt a bit excessive. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the custom omelet station. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel was comfortable and clean, offering a cozy stay. The service was a bit harried due to interruptions, but overall lovely and gracious. The location was perfect for exploring the city, though the parking fee seemed excessive. The dining experience was satisfying, especially with Al's customized omelets. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay.
The hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff. The location was great, although there were some disturbances. The dining experience had highlights and drawbacks. Overall, a good value for money stay.
I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Our room left me with regrets as it seemed worn out, the bar restaurant was closed, there was no breakfast offered, and even a bottle of water cost $5. The distance from the parking lot was also inconvenient. While I didn't stay in the room for long, these initial impressions were disheartening.
I loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms looked nice and were very clean, offering both a sitting area and a bedroom, although they are starting to show their age. The service was attentive and the staff are incredibly friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning staff who even took care of cleaning the toilet. The location was perfect for visiting my student at USC, within walking distance, although having to pay $10 per day to park felt a bit steep for a standard open hotel parking lot. The dining experience was fantastic, especially recommending Al who makes fabulous customized omelets. The facilities were top-notch, with great options for breakfast, including made-to-order eggs and waffles.
